Freestyle/Power Flow

 

Unique and creative practices rooted in intelligent vinyasa sequencing. The classes often include more advanced postures, but are accessible to everyone.

Core Flow

 

A combination of Vinyasa Flow sequences and core conditioning sequences which work together to build towards a peak pose. Core flow is a great class to assist in building the strength required for the progression of your more advanced Vinyasa practice.

Yang Yin

 

The first half of this class is a challenging Vinyasa flow sequence, the second half is a Yin series that compliments the flow. Accessible for all levels.

Modo Flow/Vinyasa

A challenging, healthy, hot vinyasa yoga practice. The postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences. I give modifications for both beginners and experienced students.

Modo/Hatha

 

An accessible, healthy, all-level hot yoga sequence linked with breath focuses on strength building and alignment. Postures are held for 3 to 5 rounds of breath, giving plenty of time to set up the postures in a safe, sustainable way. Great for beginners and experienced students.

Pilates

 

A form of exercise emphasizing the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness so as to support efficient, functional, and safe movement.
