
Moving from a vegetarian diet to a vegan diet was a simple and natural progression. I did not find it to be terribly challenging.
I do not plan to change back from an all plant-based diet. I enjoy it. It feels good in my body, mind, and spirit.
My main motivation for eating a plant-based diet is practicing Ahimsa to the very best of my ability.
My body feels lighter, but not much different. I think that because my body is clean from alcohol and caffeine, a physiological change like this hasn't made much of an impact on how I feel.
It was not difficult for me to find good food to eat. Manhattan has a lot of good, accessible, and affordable vegan options. I anticipate it being more challenging next time I travel, but I'm sure it will be fine.
