      • Fun class with 8 co-workers from Fatherly on a staff retreat. I had a great time and felt that I instructed well to strangers who were new to Modo

    • First class with Val. It went well.

      • She said I was good.

      • She wants me to say less and also find my own internal rhythm to the class.

    • Second class with Val.

      • I have to work on holding poses for the equal amount of time on both sides.

      • Work on correct "inhale/exhale" cues. I got some wrong.

    • There were only two people in class so it was hard to keep the energy up, but I think I did a good job. 
    • I think I did better with cueing on both sides differently and for equal amounts of time.

    • She said my standing sequence was very strong and to now work on the floor sequence.

    • I felt a bit off and stumbled a little. Second night slumps.

        • It was no big deal. I just went back. All was forgivin​

      • I feel that this was my second bast class I taught yet.

      • Siobhan green-lit me to CCs. Now Val has to sign off.

    • This was the best class I have ever taught. I was clear, specific, relaxed, and technically correct.
