The pillars help us remember that yoga isn’t just exercise.  Our practice on-the-mat is in service to improving our lives, and the world, off-the-mat.

 

Each Pillar is rooted in the teachings of yoga, mindfulness, and social activism to ensure that everything we do as a community is done with intention and that we practice with a purpose.
