    • First class with Siobhan. She did "on the spot" notes which was cool, nerve-wracking, and very helpful.
    • She said that I did a very good job, especially with the standing sequence. She wants me to work on editing my cues in the floor sequence (saying less to get the students in and out, leaving room to say more about the actual pose). She also wants me to be more confident FROM THE TOP OF THE CLASS.

    • Third Class with Val.
    • This class was GREAT! I feel that all of the practice that I have been doing from Siobhan's notes really paid off. My breath cues definitely landed and Val noticed. I technically very strong, but also relaxed any myself.

  • November 8th, 2017 (8:15am 60 minutes, Modo Yoga, NYC (4 students)
    • Third class with Siobhan
    • I felt this was the second best class I have ever taught, even though I skipped from Utkatasana to Banarasana.
      • OOPS! All was forgiven. I have never done that before and everyone knows I know the sequence extremely well.
    • Siobhan green lit me for CCs. Now Val has to sign off on it.
  • November 17th, 2017 (8:45 am 60 minutes, Modo Yoga, NYC (5 students)
    • Fourth class with Val
    • This was the best class I have ever taught. It was clear, specific, relaxed, and technically correct.
    • It felt great and was really fun.
