In May, 2017 I switched to a Vegetarian diet in preparation for Modo Training. I found the switch to be slightly rewarding and not terribly challenging. My body did not feel much different. I did, however, continue to eat dairy products. During this time period, I wondered if perhaps I should extend the diet to plant based food only but had concerns as I was getting much of my protein through dairy products.
Driven by my curiosity about taking my vegetarian diet to the next level, and also inspired and educated by my recent viewing of the documentary "What the Health", I adopted a fully vegan, plant-based diet for the month of September.
